Stacks Image 148

This 2-day retreat blends conscious breathing, yoga, live music, sound healing, and nature immersion. Enjoy nutritious farm-to-table meals, connect with like-minded souls, and nurture your well-being in this rustic setting. You’ll have time to hike and enjoy rare fruit, journal and reflect, co-create a Nature Mandala, share following group meditations, and cold plunge to deepen your connection to yourself and the natural world.

Your guides at the retreat are Matteo Pistono, teacher of meditation and conscious breathing, and Michelle Anise, musician and healing arts practitioner. Chef Ron McCord prepares the nutritional meals and your host is Ed Lewis, regenerative farmer on the land. Retreatants camp on the land with convenient access to showers and bathrooms.

Patagonia Cardiff the sponsor of the retreat and your retreat fee helps support Sea + Soil, a local non-profit, that receives financial proceeds from the event. Sea + Soil is a collective cultivating a regenerative earth as stewards of the land and sea.
