BREATHE AT THE FARM
Conscious Breathing and Sound Healing Retreat

JUNE 8-9 2024

Breathe at the Farm: Conscious Breathing and Sound Healing Retreat
June 8-9, 2024 at Enjoy the Farm in Valley Center

This 2-day retreat blends conscious breathing, yoga, live music, sound healing, and nature immersion. Enjoy nutritious farm-to-table meals, connect with like-minded souls, and nurture your well-being in the farm's rustic setting. You’ll have time to hike and enjoy rare fruit, journal and reflect, co-create a Nature Mandala, share following group meditations, and cold plunge to deepen your connection to yourself and the natural world.

Your guides at the retreat are Matteo Pistono, teacher of meditation and conscious breathing, and Michelle Anise, musician and healing arts practitioner. Chef Ron McCord prepares the nutritional meals and your host is Ed Lewis, regenerative farmer on the land. Retreatants camp on the land with convenient access to showers and bathrooms.

Your retreat fee helps support Sea + Soil, a local non-profit, that receives financial proceeds from the event. Sea + Soil is a collective cultivating a regenerative earth as stewards of the land and sea.

BIKE TO FARM
Fall 2024

Fully supported overnight bike packing adventure.

The bike-camping excursion–including all meals and bike support–costs $199 per person with 10% of each entry going to Mar De Colores mar-de-colores.org. Gordon Yeager, owner of local bike shop Velo Hangar, will provide mechanical and moral support on the ride.

“What a weekend! This was such a warm way to get to know my community. The ride was perfect— easy enough for anyone who hasn’t had their butt on a bike seat for prolonged periods of time before, but challenging enough to make the delicious food feel well-earned. Ed, Ron, Gordon and the whole Patagonia crew were as welcoming as can be. Touring both the farm and Ed’s workshop, snacking on jujubes, hand-making tortillas, and sleeping under the stars were other standout highlights of the trip. I can’t recommend this mini adventure enough! You’ll leave feeling full up on all the good feels and you’ll likely have a few new friends to your name as well.” - Mac
